Community Health Day with Advantage Health
Avalon is once again partnering with our community partner, Advantage Health for our Community Health Day! Advantage Health will be onsite on April 16th, 2026 from 9am-3pm signing up individuals for dental care and medicaid enrollment. Pre-registration is required to attend. Self-Care Sanctuary
