All volunteers must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Attend Avalon Healing Center’s volunteer training sessions
  • Commit to working with survivors of sexual assault
  • Adhere to other volunteer requirements, policies, & procedures

All volunteers will be asked to complete an application, background check and have an interview. Direct service volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of 6 months of volunteering. To fill out the application, please visit the link below for more information.
