Hello, I’m Isaac, a Psychiatry PA at Avalon. Our dedicated psychiatry team is here to support you with any mental health concern. While we specialize in trauma-informed care, we address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, and more.

We believe that medication alone, although a useful tool, is not enough to tackle the complexities of our daily lives. That's why we adopt a holistic approach to mental health, using medication as an adjunct alongside therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and lifestyle adjustments. Recognizing that each person is unique, we tailor our approach to help you lead a life that is meaningful, balanced, fulfilling, and best aligns with your personal goals and values.

I invite you to join me on your mental health journey and explore whether our psychiatric approach is the right fit for you.
